Adopt a secular olive tree. Masseria Alti Pareti, in collaboration with the Associazione Amici dell’Olivo secolare del Salento (Association of Salento’s Friends of the secular olive tree) gives you the chance to adopt a tree from the park. The ‘adopting parents’ will be guaranteed the oil produced by the trees.
