The flavour of the Salento within reach. The many Alti Pareti products all share the love with which they are made. The same love and passion that for over a century Cazzetta has poured into growing olive trees and producing olive oil. The Salento’s typical produce (aubergines, peppers, courgettes, tomatoes, olives, capers and aromatic herbs) is used to create patés, preserves and pickles that, whilst respecting the ancient alchemies of the Salento’s culinary tradition, make use of modern production techniques with a focus on genuineness and quality. The olive oil is produced with state of the art machinery and techniques for its harvesting and production, from the fruits that the secular olive trees still give this land. The supremacy amongst our products is a contest between our oil and wines. On the wine front our range includes Chardonnay and PGI reds and rosés from Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes, as well as two sparkling wines, a Brut and an Extra Dry. Wine, oil, preserves, pickles, jams and pates: each single Alti Pareti product tells a chapter of the history of this land and its wine and food tradition.
